摘要
采用低压溶液自由基聚合方法得到了数均分子量在1000—4000 之间的低分子量乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物( EVA),用红外、核磁、凝胶渗透色谱对共聚物结构进行了表征,探讨了引发剂浓度、反应温度、反应压力、聚合溶剂等对共聚物分子量、分子量分布以及共聚物组成的影响,研究了低分子量EVA对柴油的降凝作用。
Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) with molecular weight M n=1000-4000 was synthesized by free radical polymerization in organic solution under low pressure. The structure of the copolymer obtained was confirmed by FTIR, 1H NMR, and GPC data. The influences of initiator concentration, temperature, pressure, and polymerization solvent on polymer structure were investigated. it was also showed that EVA with low molecular weight was a good pour point depressant for diesel oil.
