摘要
本文通过DSC测试得到一些结晶参数,分别对PP/弹性体、PP/弹性体/LLDPE两个共混体系的结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明弹性体对PP成核速率有促进作用:LLDPE与PP是分别结晶的,LLDPE阻碍了PP球晶的生长且破坏了PP球晶的完整性;对PP球晶的插入和分割,使PP球晶有一定的破碎细化。力学性能和加工性能的测定。
With the aid of DSC instrument,crystallinity of the ternary systems polypropylene(PP)/Elastomer/linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)and corresponding binmary systems PP/Elastomer blends were individually tested.Result was presented and analyzed that the Elastomer enhanced the rate of crystal nucleus growth of PP;LLDPE and PP were individually crystallized in the binary systems.LLDPE restricted the growth and destroied the regularity of PP Spherulites;LLDPE reduced PP spherulites by its inserting and cutting effects.After testing the mechanical and processing properties,showed that allround properties of the ternary systems PP/Elastomer/LLDPE blends have the advantage over the binary systems.
