加替沙星衍生物与Keggin型钨硅酸荷移盐的合成及晶体结构 被引量:1

摘要 目的:制备加替沙星稀土配合物修饰的Keggin型钨硅酸衍生物。方法:利用中温水热合成法进行目标化合物的合成;通过元素分析、红外光谱及单晶X-射线衍射仪对晶体结构进行表征。结果:合成了荷移盐[C18H22FN3O2]2[H2SiW12O40].4H2O(简写为GF-SiW12),由[H2SiW12O40]2-阴离子、脱羧酸的加替沙星及游离的水分子组成;沿c轴方向形成菱形空穴结构,游离的水分子坐落在空穴中,与钨硅十二的端氧原子和有机配体上的羰基氧原子之间通过氢键形成超分子孔道结构。结论:该化合物为新型多酸基药物的合成提供了全新的合成策略。 Objective:Preparation of Keggin--type tungstosilicate containing lanthanide gatifloxacin corn-plex. Methods:The target compound was synthesized by hydrothermal method and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR infrared spectroscopy and single crystal X--ray diffraction analysis. Results: Charge transferred salt [C18H22FN3O2][H2SiW12O40]·4H2O (abbreviated as GF--SiW12) has been synthesized, which consists of [H2SiW12O40]2- anions, Decarboxylated gatifloxacin (abbreviated as GF) moIecules and water molecules. Along c axis, the water molecules are located in the rhombus cavities, which are hydrogen--bonded to oxygen atoms from polyoxoanions and carbonyl groups from GF molecules. Conclusion: The preparation of GF--SiWlz opens a new way to the synthesis of polyoxometalate based medicine.
