新型有机-无机电荷转移盐(C_(10)H_(10)N_2)_2SiW_(12)O_(40)·2C_(10)H_8N_2·2H_2O的合成与性质 被引量:4

摘要 以 2 ,2′-联吡啶 (C10 H8N2 )和 1 2 -钨硅酸为原料 ,采用化学法合成了一种新型有机 -无机电荷转移盐 .通过无素分析和热重分析确定标题化合物的化学组成为 (C10 H10 N2 ) 2 SiW12 O4 0 ·2C10 H8N2 ·2H2 O .红外和电子光谱表明有机电子给体与杂多阴离子间存在电荷转移相互作用 ,形成了电荷转移盐 ,杂多阴离子的Keggin结构基本不变 ,但其特征振动频率分别有红移或蓝移 .ESR研究表明 ,光激发电子转移处于单电子还原步骤 .标题化合物在 2 70℃左右失去两个有机分子 ,52 8℃左右失去质子化的有机分子 ,60 3℃左右杂多阴离子分解 .标题化合物的σrt=9 1× 1 0 -9S·cm-1,是一个弱的半导体 . A new organo-inorganic charge transfer salt was synthesized with chemical method from dodecatungstosilicate acid and 2,2′-bipyridine.The formula was determined as (C 10 H 10 N 2) 2SiW 12 O 40 ·2C 10 H 8N 2·2H 2O by elemental analysis and TG analysis.IR and UV spectra indicated that there were charge transfer interactions between organic donors and heteropolyanions.The heteropolyanions maintained their Keggin structure in spite of some red shifts and blue shifts of their characteristic bands.ESR spectra showed the heteropolyanions were in single-electron reduction.The title compound lost its crystal organic molecules at about 270 ℃ and protonic organic molecules at about 528 ℃。The heteropolyanion was disintegrated at about 603 ℃. σ of the title compund at room temperature was 9 1×10 -9 S·cm -1 ,which demonstrated the compound was a weak semi-conductor.
