摘要
目的:研制DPB-250G型平板式自动泡罩包装机,使其适用于药厂与食品、电子、器械等行业进行自动铝塑、纸塑、塑塑泡罩包装各种剂型、规格的药品与各种形状的糖果食品、医疗器械、电子元件等异形物品。方法:采用微计算机与光电机一体化技术将自动送料、加热、吹泡、装药、印字、热封、打批号、冲裁及计数等工序组合成一条全自动的连续生产线。结果:该机能成功地将各操作工序组合成一条全自动的连续生产线,适用于自动铝塑、纸塑、塑塑泡罩复合密封包装各种规格与形状的胶囊、片剂、丸剂、小针剂等药品与糖果食品、电子元件、医疗器械等异形物品。结论:该机功能齐全、自动化程度高,适用于药厂与食品、电子、医疗器械等行业进行自动铝塑、纸塑、塑塑泡罩包装各种规格与形状的胶囊、片剂、丸剂、小针剂等药品与糖果食品、电子元件、医疗器械等异形物品。
Objective To develop DPB-250G automatic plate blister packaging machine for aluminum-plastic packaging, paper-plastic packaging and plastic-plastic packaging of shaped items such as the medicine, candy, medical instrument and electronic component in the pharmaceutical plant, food factory, etc. Methods Micro-computer technology and elec- tromechanieal integration technology were used to construct a fully-automatic production line for material feeding, heating, bubbling, charging, printing, heat sealing, batch number printing, punching and counting. Results The machine could be used for aluminum-plastic packaging, paper-plastic packaging and plastic-plastic packaging of shaped items such as the medicine, candy, medical instrument and electronic component in the pharmaceutical plant, food factory, etc. Conclusion DPB-250G automatic plate blister packaging machine adapts itself to the packaging of capsule, pill, tablet, injection and shaped items such as the candy, electronic component and medical instrument.
