铝塑热封加热辊温度场仿真及其结构优化

摘要 目的提高铝塑热封加热辊工作表面温度的均匀性,提升铝塑泡罩包装机的封合效果。方法通过构建铝塑热封加热辊温度场仿真分析模型,并进行试验验证,对加热辊的工作表面温度进行数值模拟,研究辊体内部结构对其工作表面温度的影响趋势,据此确定改进后加热辊内部结构,并进行对应优化。结果导热铜条厚度dt为10 mm、加热管与加热辊的距离ds为14 mm的导热铜条加热辊,其Δt_(max)、t_(f)、T_(u)分别为1.01℃、0.38℃、0.99576,相较于传统加热辊,分别提升了6.39℃、2.19℃、0.01。结论有效提升了加热辊内部的传热效率,减少了加热辊工作表面温度的均匀时间,降低了铝塑热封过程的生产能耗,可为铝塑热封领域的相关研究提供理论支撑和技术指导。 The work aims to improve the uniformity of working surface temperature of aluminum-plastic heat sealing heating roll and enhance the sealing effect of aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine.The temperature field simulation model of aluminum-plastic heat seal heating roll was constructed and verified through experiment to simulate the working surface temperature of the heating roll.The effect trend of the internal structure of the roll body on its working surface temperature was studied,and the internal structure of the improved heating roll was determined and optimized accordingly.When the thickness of the thermal conductive copper strip dt was 10 mm and the distance between the heating tube and the heating roll ds was 14 mm,Δt_(max),t_(f) and T_(u) were 1.01℃,0.38℃and 0.995776 respectively,which increased by 6.39℃,2.19℃and 0.01 respectively compared with theΔtmax,tf and Tu of traditional heating rollers.This research effectively enhances the heat transfer efficiency inside the heating roller,reduces the uniformity time of the working surface temperature of the heating roller,and lowers the production energy consumption in the aluminum-plastic heat sealing process,providing theoretical support and technical guidance for related research in the field of aluminum-plastic heat sealing.
