摘要
由于高校科技产业产生、存在和发展所具有的特殊性,使得其内部两种文化并存并在一定范围内产生冲突,阻碍了科技产业的发展。本文通过对两种亚文化价值观的比较和分析,说明亚文化冲突对高校科技产业发展的影响,同时提出了化解冲突的三种方式。
The special quality in emergence and development of university' s technical enterprises, made two kinds of culture existed together and conflicted in a large range. It has handicapped the technical enterprises development . This paper compared the different two subcultures and point out three ways to solve the problem of conflict.
