摘要
长株潭"两型社会"建设关键在于发展以高新技术产业为核心的"两型产业".长株潭高校科技产业作为区域科技创新的重要"源头"、高新技术产业的"领头羊"和"生力军",当然也是发展"两型产业"不可或缺的"科技引擎".长株潭高校科技产业应发挥其强大的科技创新优势,进入"两型社会"建设的主阵地,采取与社会联动的"四级跳"发展模式,逐步实现"社会化"运作,整合社会资源辐射高新技术,指引传统产业"两型化"改造,引领高新技术产业跨越式发展,促进产业结构优化升级.
The key for the construction of ＂two-oriented society＂ in ChangZhutan,is the development of ＂two-oriented industries＂ which focus on high-tech industries. As an important source of scientific and technological innovation and the main driving force of high-tech industries, science and technology industries of colleges and universities in Changzhutan will naturally engine ＂two-oriented industries＂ from technical aspect. Science and technology industries of colleges and universities in Changzhutan should display its strong advantages in scientific and technological innovation for the construction of ＂two-oriented society＂, use the ＂four-step＂ development model with social linkage, realize gradually the socializational operation, integrate social resources, disseminate high technology and new technology, guideline the ＂two-oriented＂ transformation of tradi- tional industries, lead the development of high-teeh industries, and promote the optimization and upgradition of industrial structure.
