摘要
El Nino是从南美西海岸延伸至赤道东太平洋向西至日界线大范围的海面温度异常增暖现象.Southern Oscillation是太平洋东西两侧海平面气压的反相关关系.El Nino/Southern Oscillation合称为ENSO.信风强弱关系到赤道西太平洋暖池的维持与El Nino的爆发,而人类活动所引起的地球变暖将是今后气候变化总的趋势,气候变暖将使全球海面上升,地球的自转半径增加,从角动量守恒的角度考虑,地球自转的速度将减慢,赤道两侧的信风相对于海面的速度也相应减小,维持赤道西太平洋暖池及海面东低西高形势的支柱被破坏.因此,我们将面临更频繁的El Nino和更多的极端天气.
E1 Nino means the increasing of the sea surface temperature from western coast of the South American to the dateline across the eastern Pacific Ocean near the equator. The Southern Oscillation refers to an inverse oscilla- tion in surface air pressure in Both East and West Pacific Ocean. E1 Nino/Southern Oscillation are known as ENSO for short. Trade wind stress on both sides of the equator transports the warm surface water of the eastern and middle Pacific Ocean to the western Pacific, where the warm pool is formed in the western Pacific, and sea level rising, furthermore accumulated the massive potential energy. Deceleration of Self - rotation speed of the earth causes de- crease of the trade wind, which caused by East Asia monsoon abnormal enhancement and the earth warming. When the trade wind abates, the situation, the higher in west and lower in east, is destroyed in the equatorial Pacific, warm sea water of the western Pacific could quickly spread to east, at last forms the E1 Nino. ENSO is considered the strongest signal interannual climate change; it often causes serious flood, drought and other disasters all over the world. The earth warming caused by Human activity will be the general trend of climate change, and more fre- quent E1 Nino will happen.
