摘要
运用分形几何学的方法,分别测算了渭河盆地活断层系的分维数和地震、滑坡及地裂等地质灾害的空间分布的分维数。结果显示,渭河盆地活断层的分布分维数与地质灾害的分布分维数强弱关系相一致,定量地证明了活断层对渭河盆地地质灾害有着特殊的作用。
The fractal dimension values of active faults and those of distributions of geologic hazards such as earthquakes, landslides and ground fissures, and so on in Weihe basin are calculated by means of fractal geometry. The result shows that the east—western trending active faults have the largest fractal dimension value(D=1.387), the northeastern ones have the lowest (D=1.163) and the northeastern to north-northeastern ones have the middle(D=1.372). Regionally, the whole fractal dimension value of active faults in the area is 1.673, and separated by Xianyang, the eastern area is 1.727, the western area is 1.565. Each fault is characterized by a higher fractal dimension value in eastern section than that in western section. It is striking that the fractal dimension values of distribution of earthquakes, landslides and ground fissures in eastern area are also larger than that in western area, which indicates that the fractal dimension value of distribution of active faults are coincidant with that of geologic hazards. Consequently, it quantitively shows the special contribution of active faults to geologic hazards. This research indicates that the fraetal geometry provides a new method for the quantitive study of active faults and geologic hazards.
