摘要
针对健美操项目学生流失严重的现状,作者把非智力因素纳入到教学环节和理念中。运用文献资料法、个别访谈法、自然实践法,围绕动机、兴趣、情感、意志等非智力因素展开教学实践,考察开发非智力因素对健美操技能教学的促进作用。实践结果表明,实验班注重培养和开发学生的非智力因素,教学满意度、学生技能成绩以及对健美操项目技能的坚守程度均优于实验前,且差异具有显著性。得出结论:重视培养和开发学生的非智力因素,能够激发学习动机、维持学生的学习兴趣、磨练学生克服困难的意志品质,培养良好的学习习惯,从而有效的促进健美操技能的掌握。
The functions of non - intelligence factors such as motivation, interest, emotion and willing in teaching aerobic skills were studied. The results show that the experimental group that non - intelligence factors were taken into consideration in the teaching performed remarkably better in skills than the control group.
