摘要
自我效能理论是班杜拉社会学习理论体系的重要组成部分。自我效能作为重要的非智力因素,是人们在行为操作过程中强大的内在动力,在控制和调节行为方面有着重要的作用。目的是阐述自我效能能够影响健美操专业学生成就动机;本文以健美操专业大学生为研究对象,设置实验组和对照组,找到提高健美操专业大学生自我效能的途径,并观察、对比、分析两组学生的成就动机的变化;通过提高学生的自我效能,能够有效地提高学生的运动学习成绩,进而提高他们的运动学习行为水平,且提高程度明显高于未进行自我效能改善的对照组学生。
Self-efficacy theory is Dula social learning theory system important component.As one of important non-intelligence factors,Self-efficacy is the formidable intrinsic power in the process of people behavior operation and has important role in controlling and adjusting behavior.In this paper,took calisthenics university students as research objects and set experimental and control groups in order to find the ways on how to improve students self-efficacy,and observe,compare and analyze the changes of two group students' achievement motive.The results showed that by improving students' self-efficacy,could effectively improve students sports study result,thus improved their movement level,and the improving degree was significantly higher than the control group students.
