摘要
目的:探讨应用罗伊适应模式在卵巢肿瘤患者中的应用。方法:将60例卵巢肿瘤患者随机分组,观察组30例、对照组30例。观察组实施依据罗伊适应模式论制定的护理措施,对照组按传统的护理措施进行护理,比较两组患者的满意度。结果:观察组患者满意度明显优于对照组。结论:实施依据罗伊适应模式制定的护理措施可以提高卵巢肿瘤患者对护理质量的满意度值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore Roy adaptation model in the application of ovarian cancer in patients.Methods：60 cases of ovarian cancer were randomized to observation group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients.Implementation of the observation group developed based on the Roy Adaptation Model of nursing interventions in the control group according to the traditional measures of nursing care,patient satisfaction were compared.Results：The patients satisfaction was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion：Roy adaptation model based on the implementation of the development of nursing interventions can improve the ovarian transplant patient satisfaction with quality of care worthy of clinical application.
