摘要 第二代紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药物多西他赛在晚期卵巢癌化疗方面,展现了良好的效果。本文综述了近年来多西他赛在临床上用于卵巢癌治疗的国内外研究新进展,包括Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ期临床实验及与铂类药物联合应用实例。 Docetaxel for second generation taxane anticancer drug showed the good activities as chemotherapy of epithelial ovari-an cancer. This paper reviewed the recent applications of docetaxel for ovarian cancer, including Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ phase clinical trial and applications
