摘要
目的：分析由于中药注射剂引发的不良反应,探讨气涉及的器官,症状类型、严重程度以及不良反应等。方法：选择2007年3月~2011年3月在我院采用注射液进行治疗报告不良反应的患者201例,其中由于中药注射液引起的不良反应为97例,占47.5%。所有研究人群均签署知情同意书,愿意参加本次研究。结果：研究人群不良反应的症状主要表现为重度不良反应、中毒不良反应和轻度不良反应等,其中主要分布为中度和轻度不良反应,中度不良反应为45例,占46.4%,轻度不良反应为48例,占49.5%。结论：由于中药注射液引发的不良反应应加强重视,应及时的进行对症处理和分析。
Objective：Analysis of adverse reactions caused due to the TCM injections,to explore gas symptoms type,severity and adverse reactions.Methods：Selection in March 2007 to March 2011 by injection in our hospital treated patients reported adverse reactions,including some traditional 201 cases of adverse reactions caused by injection,for example,accounting for 97 47.5%.All the study group are informed consent form,signed in the research,willing to participate.Results：The study group adverse reactions evaluation result analysis mainly includes affirmation,probably,may and suspicious four aspects,one of the most major evaluation result for probably,for 67 cases,accounting for 71.1 percent.Conclusion：Because of adverse reactions caused Chinese medicine injection should be strengthened,the attention should be timely for received alimta and analysis.
