阿霉素对实验兔心功能及心肌细胞内游离钙浓度的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨阿霉素慢性心功能损伤的病理生理机制。方法 实验兔每周注射阿霉素1次 ,共8周。停药3周后分别测体重 (BW)、心室重量 (VW)、颈动脉压 (BP)、颈动脉平均压 (MAP)、左心室收缩压 (LVSP)、左心室舒张压 (LVDP)、心输出量 (CO)、心肌细胞胞浆内游离钙 (MyoCa2 +)浓度 ,并与健康同龄兔对照。结果 用药后实验组VW、BW低于对照组 (均P<0.05) ,VW/BW高于对照组 (P<0.01)。CO、BP、MAP、LVSP均低于对照组 (均P<0.01) ,而LVDP及MyoCa2 +则高于对照组 (均P<0.05)。且CO与MyoCa2 +呈负相关。结论
