摘要
采用文献资料法,问卷调查法等分析比较研究国家资格证书和社会职业资格证书的概念、特点、市场占有率、管理体制得出以下结论:国家职业资格证书是由政府运行,种类比较全面的机构。而社会职业资格证书是由私人企业进行培训并以盈利为目的的机构。社会职业资格证书的特点有市场性,营利性等,国家职业资格证书特点有政府性,权威性等。国家职业资格证书占遍高校市场,社会职业资格证书在商业健身俱乐部和瑜伽馆的市场占有率很高。社会职业资格证书的管理模式很单一,国家职业资格证书专业性强,权威性强,有着自己的组织原则。并且都存在着管理问题。
By using the methods of literature, questionnaire analysis, this paper compared and studied the concept, characteristics, market share, management system of national qualification certificate and the society of professional qualification certificate. It drew the following conclusion： the national vocational qualification certificate is run bY the government, the kinds of comprehensive institution. The social and professional quali- fication certificate by the private enterprise is training and to profit for the pu~ of institutions. Society of professional qualification certificate characteristics have marketability, for profit, national vocational qualifica- tion certificate characteristics have government, authority, etc. National vocational qualification certificate of times college market, society of professional qualification certificate in business fitness club and Yoga museum market share is very high. Society of professional qualification certificate management mode is a single, na- tional vocational qualification certificate of the professional and strong, authority is strong, has its own organi- zation principle. And there are issues in management.
