摘要
对圆柱凸轮数控加工中实际进给速度的变化做了理论分析 ,推导出其变化量计算以及编程修正的计算公式 ,利用数控系统的参量编程功能对编程进给速度进行修正 ,能够保持刀具切削进给速度均匀 ,从而使凸轮加工质量明显提高 .
The actual cutting feed speed change in CNC machining of barrel cam is analyzed in this paper With parametric programming functions of CNC machine, a cutting feed speed is kept equably by adjusting calculation in programming and the precision of cutting cam are improved obviously
