摘要
主要介绍了一种两轴数控加工系统的工作原理和实现方法,以及硬件的选型和软件的设计。该系统采用工业计算机控制两个步进电机来驱动机械装置运动,能完成径向(X向)和轴向(Z向)的加工轨迹,提高数控加工中的精密进给要求,可应用于大平面磨齿机床和磁力研磨机的砂轮修形。同时该系统具有安装方便,简单实用等优点,具有很好的推广价值。
This paper mainly presents the work principle and method of an automatic control system with two Axles (X&Z). We also study the choice of the hardware and the designing of this system. The system uses the industrial computer to control two stepper motors to drive the device,and at the meantime,the track is made up with two directions- the horizontal direction (X) and the vertical direction (Z). This system can be used in wheelsr modification. In addition,it is widely to use for its convenient installation and facilitate applying.
