摘要
目的评价手术室开展优质服务的效果。方法 2010年本院建立优质服务,规范护理模式。结果护理服务形象,服务态度,服务质量明显改善。护理服务满意度从2010年的87.2%提高到2012年的99%。结论开展优质护理服务成效显著。
Objective To evaluate the effects of high quality nursing service in operating room. Method The hospital established high quality service to standardize the nursing mode. Results The image, attitude and quality of nursing service improved obviously. The nursing service satisfaction degree increased from 87.2% in 2010 to 99% in 2012. Conclusion The high quality nursing service achieved obvious effects.
