摘要
从我国面粉工业的行业特点 ,面粉厂的数量、规模、分布情况 ,工艺技术装备等方面 ,分析了目前困扰面粉加工企业的几种因素 ;探讨了面粉加工企业进一步发展的几个问题 ;展望了面粉工业的发展前景。
Several Factors which have caused difficulties for flour milling enterprises at present were analysed from the flour industry features, quantity, scale and distribution of flour mills to the technology and technical equipment. The further development of flour milling enterprises was discussed and their development prospect was indicated.
