摘要
针对江西某白钨矿进行浮选试验研究。以OXB作捕收剂,闭路浮选流程试验在原矿含WO30.70%的条件下,获得了含WO360.42%、回收率81.56%的白钨精矿。在合理的药剂制度及浮选流程条件下,相比选矿厂以731作捕收剂,能够在保证精矿品位的前提下使回收率提高5.28%。
Scheelite flotation test was carried out according to the property of a scheelite ore of Jiangxi.Using agent OXB as collector,closed-circuit test was conducted under the condition of the ore containing 0.70% WO3,and finally scheelite concentrate grading 60.42% WO3 was obtained at recovery of 81.56% WO3.Compared with using agent 731 as collector,the recovery was improved by 5.28% under the condition of ensuring the concentrate grade,with reasonable reagent system and flotation process.
