Experimental Research on Separating a Scheelite Ore in Guizhou

摘要 该矿石脉石矿物含量高、种类多、嵌布关系复杂,是影响白钨矿选矿的关键因素。试验采用一段磨矿、两次粗选、六次精选作业,选用碳酸钠、水玻璃、CMC、油酸钠等药剂,最终获得了三氧化钨48.56%、回收率85.02%的浮选精矿,浮选精矿再经摇床分选后,可分别获得三氧化钨74.39%、回收率32.28%和三氧化钨40.51%、回收率52.74%的两个产品。 In this ore, there are many kinds of gangue minerals and the content of the gangue minerals is higher, moreover,the dissemination relation is comparatively complicated. They are all key factors influencing separation results of the scheelite ore. An experimental research was carried out by adopting the technological flowsheet of one rough grinding- two rougher flotation -six cleaning flotation, and by selecting sodium carbonate( Na2CO3 ), water glass ( Na2SiO3 ) , carboxymethyl cellulose ( ROCH2COONa - CMC ), sodium oleate ( C17H33COONa), etc. as flotation reagents. A flotation concentrate of 48.56% WO3 was obtained with a recovery of 85.02%, and after table separation of the flotation concentrate, two produsts of 74.39% WO3 with a recovery of 32.28% and of 40.51 % WO3 with a recovery of 52.74% can be respectively obtained.
