摘要
社会稳定是全面建设小康社会的必要条件,维护社会稳定是政府公共管理的基本职能。利益矛盾是一切社会矛盾的根源,当前我国利益关系的失衡是影响社会稳定的关键所在。政府只有通过完善利益协调机制,构建利益导向、利益表达、利益协商、利益补偿、利益约束和利益矛盾疏导体系,才能促进不同利益群体的动态的利益均衡,化解社会矛盾,使我国长期保持社会稳定。
Social stability is the essential condition of building well-off society in an all-round way. Maintaining social stability is the basic function of public management administration. The source of all social contradictions is interest conflict. The key for affecting social stability is the imbalanced interests in our country at present. Our gov- ernment only by improving interests coordination system, building systems of benefit-oriented, interests consultation, benefit compensation, etc to make the dynamic balance of interests among various benefit clusters and resolve social conflicts, so that our country can remain social stability for long.
