摘要
根据合肥市第二次经济普查相关数据,采用因子分析法确定影响合肥市建筑产业竞争力的关键因子,构建合肥市建筑产业竞争力评价指标体系,通过将合肥市建筑业与工业、批发零售业、住宿餐饮业及其他服务业进行比较,评价分析合肥市建筑产业总体竞争力及其在资源配置与运营管理能力、社会贡献能力和企业规模实力三个关键因子上的竞争力,研究其在上述方面存在的优劣势,探索进一步提升建筑产业竞争力的关键措施。
The paper established the key factor affecting Hefei construction industry competitiveness by the measure of factor analysis from the data of the 2nd economic census. It constructed the evaluation index system, evaluated the overall competition ability and the allocation of resources and operation management ability, social contribution ability, enterprises scale strength through compared with con- struction and industry, wholesale and retail trade, hotels and catering and other services. It found the the strength ang weakness of Hefei construction industry, and took meares of improving the competi- tiveness of Hefei construction industry.
