摘要
我国劳动力的流动转移关系到人力资源的优化配置与利用效率,流动的暂时稳定状态——就业集聚是刻画劳动力与产业结合态势的核心标度。国外在劳动力转移就业集聚研究领域有许多经典理论和最新研究成果,目前我国正面临着产业结构调整,通过构建四维立体化梳理体系,对近年来国内外关于劳动力转移就业集聚及关联因素的结合等研究成果进行了梳理和评述,客观地揭示出该领域的研究缺陷与突破口,为指导我国劳动力转移就业集聚实践提供理论依据。
The mobility and transfer of China' s labor force is important to the optimal allocation of human resources. The temporary stable state of flow-employment agglomeration is a core measurement that portrays the union state of labor and industries. There are many classic theories and latest research findings in the field of labor force transfer employment agglomeration internationally. At present China is faced with industrial structural ad- justment. With the construction of a four-dimensional carding system, this paper reviews the latest literature home and abroad on agglomeration of labor force transfer employment as well as its factors, and reveals objectively the defects and break throughs in the field so as to provide theoretical basis for the guidance of China' s agglomeration of labor force transfer employment in practice.
