摘要
以北京为例,为实现中国集聚高地的人才发散与分流进行预警机制研究,指出北京的人才集聚程度已经亮起"黄灯",应通过疏通人才流动渠道,强化伙伴城市引力以及人才国际化战略建立针对人才集聚发展的调节理念。
An early warning mechanism of talent accumulation in China is made in Beijing, aiming to achieve the purpose of talent distributary in high talent accumulation areas. The author points out that Beijing＇ s talent accumulation degree is in danger at present, so the talents in Beijing need to be adjusted by building a good flowing channel of talents, increasing the attraction of Its＇sister cities, and establishing talent internationalization strategies
