内、外螺旋槽型机械密封润滑液膜特性研究 被引量:4

Study on Lubricant Liquid Film Characteristics for Mechanical Seals with Inward and Outward Spiral Groove

摘要 应用FLUENT软件对内、外螺旋槽型机械密封润滑液膜特性进行了数值模拟,得到了润滑液膜流场的压力分布、泄漏量、液膜开启力、摩擦扭矩。将内、外螺旋槽型在不同液膜厚度和不同转速条件下的液膜特性作比较,结果表明:同样条件下,内螺旋槽型机械密封的端面压力、泄漏量、液膜开启力、摩擦扭矩均略大于外螺旋槽型机械密封。为螺旋槽机械密封的优化设计提供参考依据。 FLUENT software was used to carry out numerical simulation on lubricant liquid film characteristics for mechanical seals with inward and outward spiral groove, and the pressure distribution, leakage, opening force of liquid film and friction torque of lubricant liquid film were obtained. Compared inward and outward spiral groove lubricant liquid film characteristics in different film thickness and different rotating speed, the results show that the pressure, leakage, opening force of liquid film and friction torque in in- ward spiral groove are slightly larger than those in outward spiral groove mechanical seals under the same condition. It provides the reference for optimization design in the spiral groove mechanical seals.
