摘要
针对催化裂化装置富气压缩机浮环密封内漏、润滑油污染严重的难题,选定以国产油膜螺旋槽机械密封替代原浮环密封的改造方案,通过计算分析和实践验证证明压缩机轴封优化改造的成功。
There are several difficult problems existing in the rich -gas compressor of catalytic cracking unit（ CCU） , such as internal leakage of floating - ring seal and heavy pollution of lubricating oil. Thus the oil film spiral grooved meehanical seal is selected in order to substitute for the floating -ring seal. Through calculating, analyzing and practicing, it is proved that the innovative approach for shaft gland of the rich - gas compressor is successful.
