摘要
早期的性别隔离研究始于对劳动力市场的关注,20世纪西方学者指出,这些性别隔离现象的影响已经进入高等教育领域,此后越来越多的研究者参与到相关探讨中。研究发现,高等教育性别隔离可以分为横向隔离与纵向隔离,这两种又同时存在于教师与学生之中;研究者们揭示了其中的性别刻板印象,以及以男性为主导的性别意识形态;并探讨如何突破此种隔离,以改变女性传统弱势地位,实现教育性别平等。目前国内相关研究的一些不足可以从研究范式、研究视角和研究内容三方面入手来改善。
The early research of gender segregation begins with the labor market concerns, western scholars in the 20th century pointed out that the influence of these phenomena has entered the field of higher education. Since then, more and more researchers join in related discussion. Studies find that gender segregation in higher education can be divided into horizontal segregation and vertical segregation, and the two exist in both teachers and students. Other researchers have revealed the gender stereotypes and male-dominated gender ideology. Other studies are searching the way to break the segregation, to change feminine vulnerable position, and to realize gender equity education in the end. Through reviews the domestic and foreign related research, author suggests that we can start with research paradigm, perspective and content to improve present insufficient.
