摘要
目的通过对无菌手术切口的不同换药时间间隔的研究,探索佛山市在全年最潮湿季节里切口最佳的换药时间间隔,为今后的临床换药提供科学依据。方法 2010～2012年我科在2～4月将172例下肢Ⅰ类切口住院病人分为三组,每组病人病情无明显差异,第一组58例每天换药一次,第二组57例每2天换药一次,第三组病人57例每3天换药一次,三组病人均于术后第11天拆线,并对伤口分泌物培养结果、换药费用、病人换药时疼痛反应程度、病人伤口皮肤瘙痒情况、病人满意度进行对比研究。结果通过三组病人的对比分析认为潮湿季节切口换药每2天一次最为合适。结论每2天换药一次既可以节约费用、解决皮肤瘙痒甚至切口表面细菌繁殖问题,又解决了换药过于频繁引起病人的疼痛不适感,提高病人的满意度。
Objective To explore the best dressing change time interval in the wet season of Foshan city through studying the different time interval of dressing change on sterile surgical incision in order to provide the scientific basis for fu- ture clinical dressing change. Methods 172 patients, which have I class of incision of lower limbs, are divided into three groups, the first group have 58 patients and change dressing once a day, the second group have 57 patients and change dressing once every two days, the third group have 57 patients and change dressing once every three days, all patients take out stitches eleven days later and make a contrast research about the wound secretion cultivation, change dressing expenses, pain reaction degree, wound itchy skin, patient satisfaction. Results Change dressing once every two days in the wet season is the best through contrast analysis of the three groups. Conclusion Change dressing once every two days can reduce expenses, itchy skin, pain discomfort and improve patient＇s satisfaction.
