伤口愈合是一个复杂的过程,理念分为干性愈合和湿性愈合。其理念正由传统的干性愈合向现代化的湿性愈合发展,从而奠定了保湿敷料的产生和发展。伤口的评估分类,为换药提供了依据,强调清洗、清创、湿敷在伤口愈合的作用。
The process of wound healing is complicated, it＇s concept may be categorized as dry healing and wet healing. The idea is to develop from classical dry healing to modem wet healing,which was the foundation of production and development of keep-wet dressing. How to change wound dressing corresponds to the way in which to evaluate and classify wounds. The effect of washing,debridement and wet dressing on wound healing is emphasized.
