摘要
针对目前国内喷气织机的高速性和对控制信号实时性的要求,为提高国内喷气织机控制系统的电气化程度,本文基于STM32F103RBT6内核32位处理器,设计了状态机控制算法的高速电子引纬控制系统。实验结果表明,该系统能适应750r/min的车速,入纬率接近1 875m/min,系统可扩展,最多可支持八色选纬。因此,该系统切实可行,可以满足用户对高速喷气织机的要求。
In order to meet the real-time requirements of the high-speed air-jet looms, we designed a state machine control algorithm for high-speed electronic weft control system based on 32bit STM32F103RB6T core processor. The simulation results show that the system can adapt to the speed of 750 r/min, and reach weft insertion rate of close to 1 875 m/min. The system is scalable, and can support up to eight-color weft. This system is feasible, and can meet the user requirements .
