摘要
分析了PLC控制技术引入喷气织机引纬系统的可行性和优势。从PLC控制系统的结构组成、喷嘴喷射时间安排和输入/输出控制排布等方面进行了引纬系统PLC控制应用研究,并对其主要控制动作进行了阐述。
In this paper, the feasibility and advantages of applying PLC control technology to the jet loom weft insertion system are analyzed, and the PLC control of weft system is introduced, including the composition and structure of PLC control system, the spray timing and input/output control arrangement, etc. This research is about the application of PLC in air-jet loom weft insertion system, which is helpful for designers.
