摘要
采用安定性试验标准物质黑索今验证了通过动态真空安定性试验(DVST)设备准确测定分解气体的压力来研究火炸药分解的可行性,并采用DVST装置,借鉴火药的热加速老化寿命评估方法研究了3,4–二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱(DNTF)炸药的安全贮存寿命。结果显示,5.0 g真空安定性标准物质黑索今100℃加热48 h后的DVST放气量为0.292 mL,处于真空安定性试验的误差范围内((0.24±0.07)mL)。热加速老化试验推测DNTF炸药在40℃下的安全贮存寿命为85 a,25℃下安全贮存寿命为838 a。
The feasibility for investigating the decomposition of explosives through the dynamic vacuum safety test (DVST) equipment to accurately determine the pressure of the decomposition gases was verified by using RDX as the standard substance for vacuum stability test. The safety storage life of 3, 4-dinitrofurazanfurozan(DNTF)-based explosives was investigated by means of DVST equipment and using the thermal accelerated aging life estimation method of gunpowder for reference. The results show that the DVST gas generating volume of 5.0g vaeuum stability standard substance RDX heated for 48 h at 100 ℃ is 0.292 mL which is within the error range ((0.24±0.07):mL) of the vacuum stability test. It is presumed that the safety storage life of DNTF-based explosives is 85 years at 40℃, and 838 years at 25℃ by the thermal accelerated aging experiment.
