摘要 为了研究含能材料的安定性、相容性和长储寿命,在真空和加热条件下测试含能材料的热分解过程,在真空安定性(VST)原理基础上,建立了压力和温度传感器全内置式的动态真空安定性试验(dynamic vacuum stabilitytest,DVST)测试装置及方法,实现了对含能材料真空安定性的实时、在线、连续、直接跟踪测试,为精确研究含能材料的安定性、预估储存寿命提供了一种新方法。 In order to study the stability, compatibility, storage life and the decomposition mechanism of the energetic materials, a new test method named dynamic vacuum stability test (DVST) was established based on the principle of vacuum stability test method. The related instrument was set up with all internal-planted pressure sensor and temperature sensor in the test tube. The changes of the pressure and temperature of the tested samples can be detected real-time directly with the instrument. So the materials can be investigated continuously online. It provides a more accurate result of the stability for the tested materials after proper analysis of the acquired data from the instrument.
