母胎免疫耐受与不明原因反复性流产的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 复发性流产（recurrentspontaneousabortion，RSA）是指连续发生3次或3次以上的自然流产，为一种常见的妊娠并发症。生殖医学研究表明：当一对夫妇反复性妊娠丢失，经检查非遗传、内分泌、解剖、感染和自身免疫性疾病等原因时，常统称为不明原因反复性流产（unexplmnedrecurrentspontaneousabortion，URSA），其已成为困扰孕龄妇女和生殖医学工作者的一大难题。近年来，随着生殖免疫学、遗传学、分子生物学等技术的飞速发展和广泛应用，
