摘要 研究了锂渣对水泥净浆及胶砂性能的影响,依据该基础试验结果,分析了锂渣对LC50轻集料混凝土拌合物及混凝土硬化后力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,锂渣可以显著改善混凝土的保水性,是一种良好的保水增稠材料,锂渣—粉煤灰双掺(30%)时,锂渣的掺量为15%较为适宜,混凝土的坍落度/扩展度为270mm/690mm,28d抗压强度为59.5MPa,满足LC50轻集料混凝土的设计要求。 The impacts of lithium slag on the performances of cement paste and mortar are studied, and based on the test results, the effects of lithium slag on LC50 lightweight aggregate concrete mixture and the mechanical properties of hardened concrete are analyzed. The test results show that the lithium slag can significantly improve the water-holding capacity of concrete, which is a good water-thickening material. When the content of lithium slag-fly ash is 30%, the appropriate content of lithium slag is 15%, under this condition the slump/expansion of concrete is 270mm/690mm, 28d compressive strength is 59.5MPa, which can meet the design requirements of LC50 lightweight aggregate concrete.
