摘要
目的评价灯盏细辛注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆临床对照实验资料库、MEDLINE、EMbase、万方、维普、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),人工检索灯盏细辛注射液对冠心病心绞痛疗效的随机对照试验的相关文献,应用RevMan5.1软件对纳入文献数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇文献。Meta分析显示:实验组(常规治疗+灯盏细辛注射液)治疗2周后总体疗效优于对照组(常规治疗),差异有显著统计学意义(OR=2.74,95%CI:1.91～3.93,P<0.01);心电图改善总有效率及显效率亦显著优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(OR=2.38,95%CI:1.73～3.28,P<0.01)。漏斗图近似对称,发表偏倚不大。结论灯盏细辛注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛在临床症状改善、心电图改善等方面疗效确切。但由于目前的临床研究质量整体较低,尚需进行严格的、多中心的随机双盲对照研究进一步证实。
Objective To review the curative effect of Dengzhanxixin Injection on CHD angina pectoris. Methods The databases of CENTRAL, MEDLINE, EMbase, WanFang Database, VIP Database, CNKI and CBM were retrieved by computer and hands for collecting thejrandomized controlled trials （RCT） and relative literature about the curative effect of Dengzhanxixin Injection on CHD angina pectoris. All the data were given a Meta- analysis by using RevMan 5.1 software. Results There were totally 9 documents enclosed and the results of Meta- analysis showed that the total curative effect was better in experimental group （with routine treatment combining Dengzhanxixin Injection） than that in control group （with routine treatment） two weeks after the treatment （0R=2.74, 95%CI： 1.91 to 3.93, P〈0.01）. The total effective rate and significant efficiency in improvement of ECG were significantly higher in experimental group than those in control group （OR=2.38, 95%CI： 1.73 to 3.28, P〈0.01）. The funnel plot was approximately symmetric without obvious publication bias. Conclusion Dengzhanxixin Injection has definite curative effect in the amelioration of symptoms and ECG improvement in the treatment of CHD angina pectoris, but which needs to be further confirmed by strict and multi-center randomized double- blinded controlled trials because the total quality of current clinical researches is lower.
