摘要
该文探讨了构成建筑师素质的各个方面；并从建筑师素质的角度分析了我国建筑设计中存在的问题及其原因，指出要从根本上改变我国建筑设计的现状，从建筑教育入手全面认识和提高建筑师素质至关重要。
The paper explores the component factors of the qualify of architects, discusses the reasons of the problems of our orchitectural design, and points out that in order to improve the quality of Chinese architectural design, it is the most importont to understand and to improve the quality of architects proceeding from the architectural educotion,
