摘要
作者认为：实现城市现代化的重要方面是进行生态住区的建设。文章论述生态住区建设宏观背景的基础上。提出了有关生志住区的构成因素及生志住区的标志和特点，并结合对生态住区的规划建设提出了一些看法。
