摘要
建立金融支持与城镇化综合评价指标体系,运用改进熵权法对城镇化与金融支持水平进行综合评价,并基于综合得分进行城镇化与金融支持协调度分析及金融支持效应分析。结果表明:(1)发现兵团城镇化水平明显提升,金融支持水平提速较缓慢,兵团金融支持结构及人口城镇化呈现负增长。(2)对兵团城镇化与金融支持进行协调性分析,发现二者存在耦合关系,彼此作用、相互促进;兵团城镇化与金融支持匹配度较高的年份其经济发展水平也较高;兵团在重视协调性的同时放慢了发展速度。(3)对兵团金融支持城镇化效应分析,发现兵团金融支持规模及效率对空间城镇化效应显著,对人口及产业城镇化无显著影响,而金融支持结构促进人口城镇化,抑制产业及空间城镇化。
Financial support for the demographic urbanization, industrial urbanization and spacial urbanization is illustrated through the establishment of assessment index of urbanization and financial support. This paper is based on comprehensive analysis after using entropy. The comprehensive scores show： （1） during 1990-2010, the comprehensive score of urbanization in the Corps is on the trend of increase, score increase in financial support is steady, including the year-on-year negative increase in financial support structure and demographic urbanization; （2） during ! 990-2010, there is a coupling relation between them, they interact, cross-promote, at the mean time, there is no obvious time difference in the coordination.
