摘要
分析了目前高校实验室管理体制中存在的弊端,提出了实验室管理体制改革的指导思想、基本思路及6个解决措施:建立以院管实验室为主体的实验室管理体制;实行精细化管理;建立高速快捷的实验室网络系统;完善管理制度,实行规范化、科学化管理;建立实验教学的新体系及落实实验室主任负责制。还分析了实验室管理体制改革中应协调和解决的问题:实验室与教研室协调问题及加强实验技术队伍建设问题。拟通过措施的实施,将体制改革上升和深化。
This paper analyzed the drawbacks of the current management systems in laboratories in universities.It then proposed the guiding ideology,the basic ideas and six countermeasures in view of these drawbacks.Moreover,it analyzed the problems in the reform of the management systems in laboratories,including the coordination between laboratories and teaching departments,and the construction of the teachnician teams in laboratories.
