摘要
为了充分利用抗病豌豆(Pisum sativum)种质资源,于2009~2011年连续3年对来自国内外的535份豌豆材料进行白粉病田间自然鉴定。结果表明,田间表现高抗的有1个材料,占鉴定总数的0.19%;抗病材料2个,占总数的0.37%;中抗材料17个,占总数的3.18%;中感材料60个,占总数的11.12%;感病材料434个,占总数的81.12%;高感材料21个,占总数的3.93%。通过对田间表现出抗性的20个材料进行室内苗期接种鉴定表明,除了4个中抗材料的抗性发生了变化外,其余均与田间抗性表现一致,具有较好的抗性稳定性。
In order to make full use of disease-resistant peas germplasm resources,the resistance resources at home and abroad to powdery mildew were tested in field from 2009 to 2011. The result s one v count ties h of 535 peas howed that ariety had high resistant,accounting for 0.19 % of the total test varieties;two varieties had resistance, ac- ing for 0.37 % of the total test varieties; 17 varieties had middle resistance,accounting for 3.18%;60 varie- ad middle susceptible,accounting for 11.12% ;434 varieties had susceptible,accounting for 81.12% ;21 va- rieties had high susceptible,accounting for 3.93%. The ties selected with resistance in field and the varieties had resistance of peas was tested indoor based on 20 varie- stable resistance except 4 middle resistance varieties.
