摘要 目的探讨肝缺血再灌注损伤的机制及其预防方法。方法通过查阅国内外相关文献,进行分析、归纳、总结,综述了肝缺血再灌注损伤的机制及其预防方法。结果肝缺血再灌注损伤是钙超载、代谢性酸中毒、氧自由基生成过多、Kupffer细胞的激活、NO和ET浓度失衡等多种机制共同作用的结果。其预防方法包括钙通道阻滞剂、自由基清除剂、中医中药等的应用。结论目前人们公认的肝缺血再灌注损伤是多种机制共同作用的结果,防止和减轻HIRI方法的研究也备受重视。
