Research progress in fermentation process with near infrared spectroscopy

摘要 近红外光谱分析技术是近年来兴起的分析技术,具有方便快速的特点,具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了近红外光谱分析技术在菌种选育及发酵过程参数控制等方面的研究进展,并指出了各采样方式的优缺点。
