针对大型铸钢轧辊凝固时间长、质量控制难的特点,从钢水冶炼、铸造、热处理等工艺环节进行控制,重点对钢水质量、毛坯质量、成品质量进行检验,可获得质量良好的轧辊。
For the large cast steel roller is with long solidification time and difficult quality control, the roller with good quality could be manufactured by controlling such process links as smelting, casting and heat treatment as well as inspecting the qualities of molten steel, blanks and finished rollers.
