活塞作为发动机的心脏,不仅要求材质好,而且还要求尺寸精度高、外观好、重量轻。由于铝活塞铸造模工作条件十分恶劣,当模具在使用过程中,如果使用或维护不当,就容易出现龟裂、磨损、磕碰及变形等各种各样的失效形式。定期对模具进行维护保养,确保模具时刻处于正常的工作状态是提高活塞毛坯质量的前提。
As the heart of engine, but also requires high precision, good appearance and light weight. Due to the terrible working condition, all kinds of failures such as crack, wear, knock and deformation can occur easily because of improper use or maintenance of die-casting die. Ensuring die-casting die working in good condition by regular maintenance is the premise of improving the casting quality.
