参附注射液治疗急性心力衰竭的临床观察 被引量：12

摘要 目的观察参附注射液治疗急性心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用参附注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗,对照组单纯采用硝酸甘油治疗,共2个疗程14d,治疗前后查N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)的浓度及中医证候变化。结果两组NT-proBNP浓度及中医证候疗效比较差异有统计学意义。服药期间两组患者未见不良反应,治疗前后做三大常规、肝肾功及心电图检查,均未见恶化。结论参附注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗急性心力衰竭有更好地降低NT-proBNP的浓度,改善中医证候作用。
