摘要
本文以某铝厂整流供电系统技术改造为背景,将数字式PLC稳流控制系统应用于铝电解过程中,阐述了数字式PLC稳流控制系统的基本原理和系统总体设计方案。经安装、调试及运行后,证明该系统可靠性高,稳流精度高,稳定性好,提高了电解铝过程中的电流效率,对降低企业电耗,提高企业经济效益具有现实意义。
Based on the technological transformation of rectifier power supply system in an aluminum factory,the basic principles and overall design scheme of the digital PLC steady-flow control system that used in aluminum electrolysis was introduced.It was proved that the system has characteristics of high reliability,high precision of stable current and good stabilization after installation,debugging and operation.The current efficiency was improved in electrolysis aluminum process after applying this system,and the system has important practical significance for reducing power consumption and improving economic benefits for enterprise.
